Meet your guide and drive for 50 minutes to the Guaratiba area, where your hike begins. Once you arrive in Guaratiba, hike uphill for 1 hour. Along the trail, discover islands, long coastal views with mountains, the canals and mangroves around the Restinga da Marambaia, and the richness of the green forest.

The trail is considered easy, but requires a bit of effort if you are not used to hiking. Some parts are a little steep, but there are no great difficulties. Once you reach the breathtaking viewpoint, stay for up to 1 hour to take in the spectacular peak, relax, take pictures, and just enjoy the views.

Begin your 50-minute descent back to Guaratiba village to have a coconut water or a refreshment in a local establishment before jumping in the car and driving to Prainha Beach. Prainha Beach is located on the west zone of the city and is the first beach in Rio to receive the Blue Flag Certificate.

The beach is under the protected area of the Natural Municipal Park of Prainha. On the beach, have the opportunity to jump in the water and relax in the sun for 30 minutes. Finally, drive back home with a great feeling that an outdoor activity and contact with nature provides.
