This session is designed to help you reset your nervous system, release stress, and feel more grounded, clear, and present in your body. Through conscious breathing and light movement, you will be guided step by step through a practice that supports deep relaxation and an internal reset.
No experience is needed at all. Just show up as you are. I’ll guide the whole session so you can relax, let go of overthinking, and just focus on your breath.
Each experience is tailored for your group whether you are travelling solo, with a partner, or with friends. Sessions can take place at your Airbnb or another peaceful outdoor location depending on what feels best and what is available.
This is not about doing it perfectly or trying to get it right. It is about slowing down, getting out of stress mode, and giving your body space to reset and restore.
