Step into the winery's dedicated Tasting Room in Nava de Roa and enjoy a curated selection of wines paired with local cheese and cured meats pairing.

Cata Alma de Roble takes you on a journey through oak ageing, one of the defining traits of Ribera del Duero winemaking. Taste the fresh, fruit-forward Monteabellón 5 Months, the more structured Monteabellón 14 Months, and finish with Finca Matambres, the winery's flagship red, made from grapes grown on its highest, stoniest vineyard plots and aged 20 months in barrel.

Each wine comes paired with a light snack, guided by the winery's own hosts in a relaxed, unhurried setting.
