You’ll move through a relaxing, all-levels flow with the sound of the ocean in the background, followed by breathwork and a short meditation. It’s the perfect way to start your day feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected to the coast. Public Group Classes: Saturdays & Sundays at 9:30AM and Tuesdays at 6:30PM Drop in - $25 Private Classes Available Every Day. Groups of 1-5 - $300 Groups of 6-10 - $350 (Private Classes Available Monday-Sunday. Arrange date and time with instructor.)
