This masterclass will let you discover the diversity and excellence of the Champagne region through an immersive and educational experience.

What you'll learn during the masterclass: Our specialised ambassadors will guide you on an in-depth journey through the world of champagne.

On the agenda:

  • The art of tasting: learn the professional techniques to fully appreciate a champagne (visual observation, olfactory analysis, tasting in the mouth)

  • The winemaking process: discover the stages of champagne production, from the harvest to bottling, using the traditional Champagne method

  • Appellations and terroirs: Understand the different appellations of Champagne and how each terroir influences the character of the wine

  • Reading the labels: decipher the essential information on a bottle of champagne to make the best choices

  • Special Club vintages: explore these exclusive vintage champagnes, recognisable by their unique shouldered bottle. Each vintage reflects the know-how of its artisan-winegrower and must be unanimously validated by a jury of 5 oenologists to obtain this label of excellence.
