At the agriturismo, surrounded by the beautiful panorama of the Iblei Mountains, you will try your hand at preparing five different typical Sicilian dishes with our chefs in a private experience. You will learn, for example, how to cook vegetable caponata, the typical 'Scacce', assist in the preparation of ricotta ravioli, or cassatina, and cavatelli with pork sauce; all very tasty and richly flavoured dishes that are hard to forget.

Your experience will be enriched by samples of fresh ricotta and other artisanal cheeses accompanied by a good glass of Sicilian red wine: all exclusively locally produced.
