The tasting of the 4 selected Etna wines will begin with a sample of Evo Oil and flavoured MYetna oils.
Continue with a rich platter with cold cuts and Sicilian cheeses. Local products will be accompanied by homemade jams and creams, fried and local starters such as Caponata. The tasting will continue with a delicious “Arancino” mignon with pistachio and an exceptional spontaneous vegetable sautéed in a pan and served slightly spicy (Caliceddi)
The tasting will end with a dessert of ricotta (a kind of fresh cheese), chocolate and homemade pistachio cream of Bronte, accompanied by a sweet liqueur wine.
