    • Drivers must be at least 15 years old and must be in good physical and mental condition to safely operate the quad bike.
    • Guests must strictly follow the instructions of the tour guide or instructor throughout the activity. The tour operator reserves the right to stop any unsafe riding or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
    • The personal belongings of the customers during the trip will be the sole responsibility of the customers.
    • For the 2-hour quad bike tour, please bring dry clothes to change into after swimming at the waterfall.
    • Please note that swimming may not be possible during the dry season (March–May) due to low or no water levels.
    • For quad bike Solo options, 1 traveller means 1 rider on 1 quad bike.
    • For quad bike Duo options, 1 traveller means 1 quad bike for 2 people, with 1 driver and 1 passenger. For example, if you select 1 traveller, your booking includes 1 quad bike for up to 2 people. If you select 5 travellers, your booking includes 5 ATVs for up to 10 people.
    • quad bike damages are not covered under personal injury insurance.
    • A maximum of 24 participants can join the quad bike tour per session.
    • Individuals with movement impairments are not permitted to participate.
    • Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver. And individuals with high blood pressure, asthma, or congenital diseases are not permitted to participate.
