What you can expect

  • ANCESTRAL CULINARY EXPERIENCE is not a conventional dinner. It is an immersive dining experience in city centre Punta Cana, dedicated to the ancestral cuisine of the pre-Columbian Caribbean, the Taino world before 1492.

    One communal table. Eight guests a night. Here the guest is not a spectator: each course is awakened by you, arriving with a moment of Taino history and the storey that belongs to it. You are part of the ceremony.

    Every dish is built on the native ingredients and techniques of Kiskeya, the result of more than three years of research into Taino heritage: cassava, casabe, fire, and the flavours of the island before European contact.

    It is a complete multi-course experience, and no guest leaves hungry. A welcome cocktail is included, with a non-alcoholic option available. We accommodate most dietary restrictions when you tell us in advance. Available in Spanish and English.
