      What you can expect

Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this family-owned winery offers a unique and immersive experience for lovers of fine wine and local culture. During your visit, you’ll explore five hectares of carefully tended vineyards that grow Glera grapes, the key ingredient in the famous Prosecco DOCG.

The experience begins on the panoramic terrace overlooking the lush, rolling hills where these grapes are grown. From this vantage point, you’ll learn about the region’s deep-rooted winemaking traditions and the specific microclimate that makes this area perfect for producing high-quality Prosecco. Your host will guide you through the entire production process, from hand-harvesting to bottling, all done in accordance with local traditions and using cutting-edge technology.
After understanding the production process, you will have the opportunity to taste 3-4 different varieties of Prosecco, each made exclusively from grapes grown in the surrounding vineyards. This intimate tasting is accompanied by traditional Italian snacks such as Bibanesi and grissini, which complement the fresh, delicate flavours of the Prosecco. Each sip is a reflection of the winemaker’s meticulous approach, ensuring you get a true taste of the terroir.

Guests are encouraged to wander freely through the vineyards on their own after the tasting. Walking among the rows of grapevines, you’ll get a first-hand look at the terrain and traditional farming practices used in the area. The harvest here is still done entirely by hand, following generations-old methods to ensure that each grape reaches peak ripeness before being picked.

In the winery’s underground cellar, the grapes are destemmed and softly pressed to extract only the highest-quality juice. This juice is then fermented in temperature-controlled vats, and the final stage of spumantizzazione (sparkling wine production) takes place using the Charmat method. This technique, combined with the addition of carefully selected natural yeasts, results in Prosecco with an elegant perlage that is both fine and persistent.

By the end of this tour, you will have a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and care that goes into every bottle of Prosecco produced here. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or simply curious, this experience offers a perfect blend of education, relaxation, and, of course, wonderful wine.
