We will begin the experience at Bodegas NOC, located between vineyards and olive groves in the Montes de Toledo. During a 90-minute visit, you will tour the winery and the wine-making process before enjoying a selected tasting accompanied by cheese and extra virgin olive oil. A private introduction to the flavours and winemaking tradition of Castilla-La Mancha before continuing to Toledo. The visit to the winery, the wine tasting, the cheese, and the olive oil are included.

After the experience at the winery, we will continue to Toledo, a city declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO. You will have time to have lunch on your own in the historic centre and enjoy the local gastronomy. Your guide can recommend restaurants according to your preferences.
