Colmar is a fairy-tale town in the Alsace region of France, known for its beautifully preserved medieval architecture, colourful half-timbered houses, and canals in the charming "Little Venice" district. Famous for its Alsatian wines and festive Christmas markets, Colmar is often regarded as one of the most picturesque towns in France.

This is one of my favourite villages, here we will explore the village, and of course we cannot leave the Alsace vineyard valley without a wine tasting. The village of Riquewihr is a stunning medieval village in France’s Alsace region, known for its beautifully preserved half-timbered houses, narrow cobblestone streets, and vibrant flowers. Nestled among vineyards, it’s celebrated for its wine and charm, making it one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in France.”
