    • The easiest way to reach Hualien from Taipei is by train. Pickup is available from hotels in Hualien City or Hualien Train Station. For a more relaxed experience, we recommend staying overnight in Hualien. A day trip from Taipei is also possible with an early morning train and evening return. We recommend travelling by train for a convenient and comfortable journey.
    • Due to ongoing road controls and traffic restrictions in the mountain area, pick-up and drop-off at Silks Place Taroko are not available
    • Weather conditions in mountainous areas can change quickly. Light rain or cloudy weather does not necessarily result in cancellation, and tours generally operate as scheduled in normal rainy conditions. Cancellations or refunds due to weather apply only when the tour is deemed unsafe to operate by the operator or local authorities, typically in cases of natural disasters such as typhoons or flooding
