A Master’s Perspective on Japan’s Liquid Gold
Join me for an exclusive journey into the heart of Nada Gogo, Japan’s premier sake region. I’m Keitaro, a Sushi Master with 40 years of culinary experience and a certified wine sommelier. I don’t just show you the brewery; I translate the soul of sake through the eyes of a chef.

The Experience: Hakushika Brewery Museum
We begin at the historic Hakushika Museum—the only brewery in the region so prestigious it requires admission (included in your tour). Together, we’ll explore centuries-old brewing tools and secrets.

Expert Tasting & Pairing
The highlight is a curated tasting session. I’ll guide you through the flavour profiles of premium Hakushika sake, sharing professional tips on how to pair them with sushi, Wagyu, and seasonal dishes.

Meeting Point
2:00 pm at Hanshin Nishinomiya Stn
20min by Exp. from Hanshin Umeda. Meet at Hanshin Nishinomiya SOUTH EXIT, by McDonald's.
Look for HATTED host.

Access to the Museum

Walk: A scenic 15-minute stroll.

Taxi/Bus: 5-10 minutes (approx. ¥250 - ¥1,000).

Beyond the Glass
After our 2.5-hour tour, I’ll provide personalised recommendations for local hidden-gem izakayas. Or, if you’re ready for the ultimate culinary challenge, ask about my “Masterclass: One-Day Sushi Experience” to craft nigiri with me!
