After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation with all service details. Our team will contact you one day before your transfer and again on the same day to reconfirm the pickup time and location. Since Zermatt is a car-free village, your private transfer will begin in Täsch, the closest accessible point by vehicle. If you are staying in Zermatt, we will assist in coordinating your arrival to Täsch. At the scheduled time, your local English-speaking driver will meet you at the agreed pickup location. The driver will be easily identifiable and will be holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. Once onboard, you will begin your comfortable private journey towards Zurich, travelling through the scenic Swiss Alps. Along the way, you will pass through the Gotthard route and enjoy a planned stop in Lucerne, where you can explore the city for approximately 2 hours. After the stop, the journey continues towards Zurich. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off directly at your hotel, airport, or preferred location.
