Notes:
All points flown over will be sighted from the allowed distance, with the main highlight of the tour being Christ the Redeemer, where the helicopter will make one or two complete rounds.
To conduct the tour, it's necessary for weather conditions to be safe and favourable at the scheduled time.
There might be a route change in case of unfavorable wind or visibility conditions.
Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions:
The flight is subject to safe and suitable weather and operational conditions. If Falcon Táxi Aéreo determines that the tour cannot be operated due to unsafe or adverse weather conditions, travellers may choose to reschedule the activity for another available date.
If rescheduling is not possible or the traveller prefers not to reschedule, they will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the service, with no cancellation fees or penalties.
Any decision to operate, postpone, or cancel the flight due to weather conditions will be made solely based on operational safety criteria and may occur close to the scheduled departure time if weather conditions change.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Due to Operational Conditions:
If the tour needs to be cancelled or postponed by the operator due to operational conditions, safety concerns, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances that prevent the service from being carried out safely, travellers will be entitled to a full refund (100% of the amount paid).
Rescheduling will be offered only as an optional alternative, subject to availability and the traveler’s preference, and will not be mandatory.
Travellers may therefore choose between:
- A full refund of the amount paid; or
- Rescheduling the tour to another available date, at no additional rescheduling cost.
Passenger safety and operational safety will always remain our highest priority.
