Overview

The perfect half-day escape for those seeking the magic of the Rockies without the drive. Explore the rolling foothills and the charming hamlet of Bragg Creek – a local favourite that offers a quieter, more intimate alternative to the National Parks.

Designed to showcase the rugged charm of 'Cowboy Country' right on Calgary's doorstep, this half-day journey is the ideal choice for those seeking a shorter drive and a different side of the Rockies. We begin deep in the Elbow Valley with a guided hike through the pine forests and limestone ridgelines of Highway 66.

After the trail, we transition towards the rolling ranch country via the cascading tiers of Elbow Falls. We conclude our excursion in the historic hamlet of Bragg Creek, exploring its movie-set charm, artisan shops, and local mountain culture before a scenic return to the city less than 45 minutes away.
