Departure is from the marina at Torre Vado. We will sail south with our first stop at San Gregorio, a small marina overlooking the sea with a villa that is very important from a historical and geographical point of view. As we sail, we will begin to see the first caves of the Ionian Sea, near which we will stop for explanations and to admire the beautiful panorama. We will continue sailing until we reach Punta Ristola, the heel of Italy, and the marina of Leuca, lined with the 19th-century villas that dominate the scene. We will arrive at the entrance to the harbour of Leuca, from where we will see the monumental staircase, the lighthouse and the sanctuary. The captain will entertain you with historical explanations and amusing legends. We will pass Punta Meliso, where the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea divide, and here we will visit other caves that are completely different from those of the Ionian Sea.
During the tour, there will be stops for swimming in the most beautiful spots on the coast.
Our aperitif on board with typical local products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and fresh seasonal fruit is a must.
