What you can expect

  • Immerse yourself in Normandy's culinary heritage during our food tasting workshop at La Dégusterie.
Guided by an expert, discover the secrets of making and the distinctive features of Normandy's four great PDO cheeses: Pont-l'Évêque, Cœur de Neufchâtel, Camembert de Normandie and Livarot.
Each stage invites you to explore the aromas, textures and history of these exceptional products, while learning to recognise the nuances of flavour linked to the terroirs and the ageing processes.

In a friendly and elegant atmosphere, let yourself be swept away by anecdotes, tips, and perfect pairings of cheeses and ciders.
The workshop takes place in the heart of our shop, in an authentic setting where discovery combines with indulgence. A moment of sharing and enjoyment, perfect for the curious, cheese lovers or travellers looking for a quintessential Norman experience.
