What you will do during this experience:

Ingredient selection:
We will begin by exploring the basic ingredients that make Italian pizza unique. You'll discover the importance of choosing fine flours, and using the famous San Marzano DOP tomatoes, prized for their perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. We will also delve into the use of quality mozzarella, such as fior di latte and buffalo from Campania, and Sicilian extra virgin olive oil, which adds an unmistakable touch.

Dough preparation:
You'll get your hands in the dough and learn the art of Italian dough making, learning the right balance of ingredients, processing techniques and rising times. You'll discover how to achieve a soft and digestible dough, thanks to natural fermentation.

Dough rolling and filling:
After creating your dough, you will learn how to roll it out by hand without the use of a rolling pin, respecting tradition. You'll add the classic Pizza Margherita topping: tomato, mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of oil.

Baking:
The magic happens in the oven, where your pizza will bake at over 350°C, developing its characteristic slightly burnt edge and inimitable flavour.
