This course is the first step in the canoe progression programme recognised by Canot Kayak Québec. It's for people who want to develop a solid foundation for safe canoeing, whether for leisure, the outdoors, or expeditions.

Supervised by a certified Aquaventure instructor, the training combines theoretical and practical learning in a calm and safe natural environment.
