Next, step into the signature steam dome — one of the few of its kind in Bali. The rich humidity, gentle aromatherapy and soft acoustics create an enveloping, full-sensory environment that invites slow breathing and deep relaxation.

Between heat sessions, cool down in the cold plunge pool or refresh in the outdoor swimming pool. The contrast between heat and cold helps energise your circulation, steady your nervous system and bring a welcome sense of clarity. You can repeat the cycle as often as you like during your 3-hour pass.

Throughout the space, you’ll find sun loungers, quiet seating areas and a lush tropical garden. Natural materials, warm lighting and greenery shape a peaceful atmosphere away from Bali’s noise and stimulation. There is also a fire-pit lounge area for grounding rest between rounds.

To complete your wellness ritual, 60- and 90-minute massages are available as an optional add-on, allowing you to deepen the relaxation and round out your thermal experience.

This pass is self-guided, giving you the freedom to create your own rhythm of sauna, steam and cold immersion. Our staff are happy to assist with tips if it’s your first time.

The Ark is an adults-only environment to maintain a calm experience. Swimwear is required. Towels, infused water, lockers and showers are provided.
