Book this incredible experience that will take you on a discovery of Pentedattilo, a mountain with a characteristic five-finger shape that has been inhabited since the 9th century. Its history, shrouded in legend, has created an aura of mystery around the village. For many years it was considered a “ghost town”; today there are only three registered residents, but thanks to the active collaboration of a community of volunteers, it has been reborn to a new life. Strolling along the high street, we will have the opportunity to admire the room where San Gaetano Catanoso lived for many years and to visit the small church where we will talk about the famous “Alberti massacre.” We will visit the small workshops that tell the storey of the ancient traditions of this area: the processing of broom; the production of Musulupa and Musulupare; the art of weaving; and the production of wine that has distinguished the region since prehistoric times. At the end of the tour, comfortably seated and overlooking a spectacular panorama, we will enjoy a Calabrian wine tasting.
