What you can expect

Our tasting tour kicks off with a visit to the estate to discover its rich history, which dates back to the Gallo-Roman era.
We'll introduce you to the appellations we work with, and you'll discover the typical characteristics of the Cabardès terroir and its grape varieties.
You'll continue with a visit to the wine-making cellars, where you'll observe the different stages of wine production: from the reception of the grapes to the bottling of the vintages.
The tour will end with a tasting of four Château Auzias Partelongue wines in the tasting cellar.
