The route in Mafalda begins with a welcome toast with our Blanc de Noir sparkling wine made with the classic method from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, and continues among stills and barrels, discovering the production methods, artisanal techniques, and selected botanicals. During your visit, you will be guided through the scents and stories of the territory. The tour ends with a tasting of three spirits of your choice, neat or mixed, accompanied by typical Vecchio Varzi cured meats: an authentic sensory journey through tradition and taste.
