What you can expect

Leaving Sunday Mass carries a special aroma: the sweet scent of the steam rising from the wheat and corn amasijos, which promise to pair perfectly with coffee or hot chocolate. It smells like December, like Grandma’s house, like family gathered together, and like the warmth of home.
After a Sunday tour of Pasto's traditional churches, where the tradition of selling amasijos is still alive, a tradition bearer will guide us through the historical significance of making quimbolitos and envueltos de choclo from a traditional perspective.
At the end of the class, fruit, a hot drink, and the amasijos will be available.
