The experience begins with a guided visit to the pasta factory in operation, where you can closely observe all the stages of pasta processing, from the selection of raw materials to drying. You will discover the special feature that makes Pasta Morelli unique: the reintroduction of fresh wheat germ into the semolina, which gives the pasta an intense aroma and flavour.
You will continue with a visit to the Pasta Museum, an immersive route that tells the storey of pasta and the art of milling through historical machinery, period tools, and multimedia content.
At the end of the tour, you can stop by the pasta factory shop, where you will find over 60 shapes of pasta and exclusive products from the brand.
