What you can expect

The walk begins through evergreen forest, among pines, holm oaks and strawberry trees, with the scent of rosemary and myrtle to guide you. The trail will take you through a verdant climb to the summit at 836 metres, offering spectacular views of the island.

Along the way, you can make an emotional stop at the Grotta dei Briganti, a lava tunnel that preserves the historical memory of a significant episode: in 1863 it was the refuge of Pantelleria's band of brigands. The descent will take you to the magical Bosco degli Elfi, where wild vegetation mixes with ancient pastoral vestiges, creating an atmosphere suspended in time.
