10:00 a.m. - Meeting at Calle La Mar to board our speedboat and begin the adventure to the islands of Callao.
During the crossing:
We will sail through the South Pacific, admiring impressive rock formations and observing fishing activities.
We will pass near El Camotal, an island submerged after an earthquake, with remains visible at low tide.
We will explore the “mysterious island” of San Lorenzo, known for its naval base and its history with cemeteries of Chilean soldiers and pre-Inca archaeological sites.
We will observe El Fronton Island and its prison ruins, famous for housing prisoners in the 1980s.
We will visit the Cavinzas Islands, home to Humboldt penguins and unique rock formations.
We will approach the Palomino Islands, where we will see a colony of more than 8,000 sea lions and an ecosystem of guano birds. There will be an opportunity to swim with the sea lions near the shore.
13:00 h. - Return to the meeting point in Callao, where the excursion ends.
