Departure at 5:30 a.m. from your hotel in Palenque. At 7:30 a.m., we will stop for breakfast to recharge before continuing our journey to Lacanjá Chansayab, a Lacandon community located in the heart of the rainforest.

Upon arrival, we will be met by expert rafting guides who will accompany us on an exciting descent down the Lacanjá River, navigating through lush rainforest landscapes for over two hours.

After the rafting activity, a Lacandon guide will lead us on an interpretive hike through the rainforest, where we will learn about the local flora and fauna on an approximately two-hour walk. During the hike, the guide will point out a waterfall where it will be possible to swim and cool off.

Afterwards, we will return to the village for lunch, followed by some free time to relax. Finally, we will begin our return to the city of Palenque, arriving back at your hotel around 8:00 p.m.
