• Dive planning, including air management and safety procedures
• Basic understanding of marine life and the underwater environment
• How to avoid and handle potential problems
• Start Learning Before You Arrive: We’ll send you PADI eLearning so you can study at your own pace with videos, readings, and quizzes. Just complete the first 3 sections (about 3–4 hours) before your first dive, and you’ll be ready to jump in!
• During your course, you’ll finish the remaining sections, and your instructor will review the key concepts with you to make sure you’re confident and ready for the final multiple-choice exam.

Confined Water Sessions (Pool or Pool-like Conditions)

• Breathing underwater for the first time
• Clearing your mask and regulator
• Controlling your buoyancy (one of the most important skills!)
• Assembling and checking your gear
• Basic underwater navigation
• Emergency procedures (sharing air, controlled ascents, etc.)

Open Water Dives (4 Dives)
• Apply everything you’ve practised in real diving conditions
• Explore local dive sites (like coral reefs, marine life, and underwater landscapes)
