Take a break from the heat and hustle with a relaxing, wellness experience among the Apulian oaks: a guided forest swimming walk in the picturesque Bosco del Ciuchino Birichino, near Ostuni. Here, nature takes centre stage and every step becomes an invitation to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the environment.

You will walk along cool, shaded paths to discover the wild plants and animals that inhabit the forest. You will observe wild orchids up close, little gems of the undergrowth, and learn to recognise the traces of the local fauna, discovering interesting facts and “secrets” of a still intact ecosystem.

Along the route, you can also enjoy a special encounter with some authentic symbols of the Apulian tradition: the Murge horses and the friendly donkeys, curious and gentle walking companions that make the experience even more memorable.

Led by qualified instructors, the hike combines nature, knowledge, and excitement in complete safety. It is a sensory experience designed to restore balance: listening to the sounds of the forest, breathing fresher, more rejuvenating air, and enjoying the majestic shade of the oaks, while your gaze opens onto an authentic rural Apulian landscape.
