Okutama Forest Therapy Itinerary AM (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) The morning begins with a meeting a certified Forest Therapy guide. After a brief introduction and an explanation of the day's intentions, you'll begin your journey into the tranquil forest. The session starts with mindful walking and a few gentle, sensory-based invitations to help you slow down and tune into your surroundings. You'll be encouraged to notice the colours, textures, and scents of the forest. The guide will lead you to a quiet spot for a guided meditation, focusing on your breath and the sounds of nature. This is not a hike, but a peaceful, unhurried walk with frequent stops for reflection.
