Since the early 2000s, this family-owned business has been consistently producing organic products, relying on ingredients grown on its own land or sourced from regional partners, transparent production methods, and uncompromising quality.
During the tour, you will feel the unique atmosphere of the vaulted cellar, where barrels are stored and speciality products are aged for years. The tour also focuses on the famous Mostello: a pear-based dessert wine produced using the port wine method, which develops its distinctive depth in the barrel. Your guide will explain the art of maturation, the role of wood and time, and the philosophy behind the product range.
In addition to Mostello, the distillery produces organic spirits with strong character – from vodka, gin, and rum to whisky, fine brandies, and liqueurs. The distillery has received multiple international awards; it is particularly well known for its vodka, which has garnered significant international acclaim.
After the guided tour, the delightful grand finale awaits: a tasting session with 3 samples per person. This way, you will get to know the diversity of the products directly on site – where regional organic ingredients are transformed into genuine specialities, “from the field to the bottle.”
