In your private van with a driver-guide, you leave Montreux for an immersive day in the heart of the Bernese Oberland, in one of the most unspoiled Alpine landscapes in Switzerland.
From Kandersteg, the gondola takes you to the mountain resort, from where a short 30-minute walk on a marked trail leads to Lake Oeschinen. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the Jungfrau-Aletsch region, this mountain lake with its deep turquoise blue waters is surrounded by rocky cliffs and snow-capped peaks that are reflected in its crystal-clear waters.
The highlight of the day is a punt on the lake, in absolute calm, facing the great north faces of the Bernese Oberland. A rare and memorable experience, far away from the hustle and bustle.
A lunch at the lakeside restaurant then allows you to extend this exceptional moment in an idyllic alpine setting, at your own expense.
The day ends with a stroll through the village of Kandersteg, a peaceful Alpine village with traditional chalets and flower-filled meadows, before returning to Montreux.
Your transport is entirely private by van. Return cable car and boat on the lake not included in the price.
Pickup and drop off at your hotel included.
