Your journey typically begins with a boat ride to Manta Bay, one of the island’s most renowned snorkelling spots. This sheltered cove is famous for frequent sightings of graceful manta rays gliding effortlessly through the water. Here, you'll have the chance to swim alongside these gentle giants and encounter tropical fish, vibrant coral, and maybe even a sea turtle or two.
Next, continue to Crystal Bay, another snorkelling paradise. Known for its calm conditions and excellent visibility, the bay is home to colourful coral reefs and diverse marine species. It's also a chance to see sea turtles, which are often seen gracefully gliding through the water alongside schools of tropical fish.
The third snorkelling destination is Gamat Bay, a more secluded and tranquil spot ideal for relaxed underwater exploration. Dive into vivid coral gardens and observe schools of fish darting through the reefs. The calm waters here make it perfect for both beginners and seasoned snorkellers.
