What you can expect

Your trip start with a boat ride for 2 hour up the Nam ou river to sopchem weaving village from the boat
you will see the most scenic views of the Nam ou river with its big limestone Day 1: Start your adventure from Nong Khiaw at 8:00 AM, paddling downstream for about four hours to Ban Don Khoun village. Enjoy a leisurely lunch before continuing to Kangkhane village, where you'll witness a stunning sunset over the Nam Ou River. Upon arrival, receive a warm welcome with local whisky, participate in a traditional Baci ceremony, enjoy dinner with the villagers, and spend the night in their homes.

Day 2: After breakfast, depart at 9:00 AM for a few hours of kayaking towards Nam Ou's Dam 2. Break for lunch at the dam, then take a private minivan to Luang Prabang, arriving between 4:00 and 5:00 PM, completing an unforgettable journey through Laos.
