As always, we were surrounded by locals who know the city by heart to offer you the best local food far from the tourist traps. Trieste is a fabulous city with lots of incredible little secret spots. Paradise of authentic street italian food and more.

What's to eat ? Capo in B in the city of coffee, panino cotto Sfreddo, liptauer delicacy, fish street food, frico (melted cheese), salumi and cheese and some other surprises ! Trieste gastronomy is incredibly rich, between sea and land, Italy and Eastern Europe.
