What you can expect

This experience takes place in a unique setting: an Italian-style maisonette that was once a perfume workshop, located in the heart of Nice.

This is a three-hour immersive culinary experience where you will discover the secrets of French Riviera cuisine in an intimate private home setting, guided your host chef.

Begin your evening with a welcome glass of Crémant d’Alsace, accompanied by an aperitif of charcuterie or carefully selected French cheeses. During this time, the chef introduces the menu, the ingredients sourced from local markets, and the techniques used throughout the experience.

Throughout the evening, you will learn key techniques including how to prepare sauces and a traditional French Riviera dish using seasonal products. Guests are invited to observe, ask questions, and take part at their own pace.

You will discover the importance of timing, textures, and balance of flavours, as well as traditional methods such as market-fresh preparation and regional cooking techniques.

Of course, no experience would be complete without tasting excellent local wines. You will enjoy a selection of rosé or red wines from the Côtes de Provence throughout the evening.

Finally, sit down together to enjoy the dishes prepared during the experience in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

Your host, Chef Andrés together with Chef de partie Eva is Franco-Italian with roots in Como, Italy, and brings over 20 years of experience across Europe. His career includes roles in Spain, France, and the Baltics, and he is currently a chef with Les Collectionneurs in Nice, France.

For those who wish to continue the experience, you may find additional information and special offers by searching “Les Collectionneurs Nice France” online.
