During this time, the chef introduces the menu, seasonal ingredients sourced from local markets, and the culinary inspirations behind the evening’s dishes.
Throughout the evening, the chef shares insights into French Riviera cuisine and local culinary traditions while preparing the dishes for the group. Guests are welcome to observe, ask questions, and enjoy the relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
A selection of AOP wines from the Côtes de Provence, including rosé and red wines, is served throughout the evening.
