The Craggy Range Deluxe is a relaxed and scenic day out, showcasing some of the very best of Hawke’s Bay’s wine, landscapes, and local hospitality.

Your experience begins at world-renowned Craggy Range, beautifully set beneath the dramatic Te Mata Peak. Here, you’ll enjoy a hosted wine tasting paired with a delicious platter while learning about the winery’s philosophy and premium wine collection. You’ll also go behind the scenes with a guided visit through the fermentation rooms and underground cellar.

From there, we make our way to the summit of Te Mata Peak — one of Hawke’s Bay’s most iconic landmarks. Take in breathtaking panoramic views across the Heretaunga Plains, the Tuki Tuki Valley, and out to the Pacific Ocean.

After soaking up the scenery, we’ll visit a second boutique winery for another tasting experience, often Te Mata Estate. Established in 1896, Te Mata Estate is one of New Zealand’s oldest family-owned wineries and is known for its beautiful cellar door and exceptional estate-grown wines. The second winery may vary depending on opening days and availability.
