Meet your private guide at the main entrance of the Nanjing Confucius Temple–Qinhuai Scenic Area. Walk through lantern-lit streets, traditional architecture, lively local areas, and scenic riverside viewpoints.

Along the way, learn about the Qinhuai River's important role in Nanjing's commercial, literary, and cultural history. Hear stories about the historic imperial examination district, local traditions, and the development of one of the city's most famous areas.

Then board a shared sightseeing boat for an approximately 40-minute cruise along the Qinhuai River. Admire illuminated bridges, pavilions, and traditional-style waterfront buildings from the water.

After the cruise, continue exploring the historic quarter with your private guide. The experience finishes near the Confucius Temple area, where you can continue exploring independently.
