Overview

A 2-day private journey from Athens to the picturesque town of Kalavryta. Begin with a stop at the Corinth Canal, a stunning engineering marvel. Continue to Diakopto, where you board the Odontotos Rack Railway, travelling through the breathtaking Vouraikos Gorge and the slopes of Mount Helmos. In Kalavryta, visit the Municipal Museum of the Kalavryta Holocaust, which recounts the tragic events of WWII, and the Monument to the Victims of the Nazi Massacre. Enjoy free time to explore the town before an overnight stay. On day two, visit the Cave of the Lakes in Kastria, a mesmerising natural wonder, before returning to Athens.
