At an altitude of 1,300 metres (4,300 feet), the hike to the summit of Mt. Ibuki is a gentle, 40-minute walk that even young children or senior hikers can comfortably enjoy. Most of the trail is well-paved and perfectly suitable for regular walking shoes or trainers.
