Your guide and driver will meet you at your Chengdu hotel in the morning. Travel to Wolong Shenshuping Panda Base, a journey of approximately 102 km, taking around 2 hours. Surrounded by forested mountains, this panda conservation and research centre offers a wonderful opportunity to observe giant pandas and learn about their behaviour and conservation. After your visit, continue to the Mount Siguniang area, enjoying the mountain scenery along the way. This journey covers approximately 100 km and takes around 2 hours 30 minutes. Check into your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening, allowing time to adjust to the higher altitude.

Shuangqiao Valley

After breakfast, explore Shuangqiao Valley, a scenic valley within Mount Siguniang, known for its dramatic peaks, alpine meadows and clear streams. Take the park’s sightseeing shuttle bus between scenic stops and enjoy short walks along the way. Alternatively, walk selected sections of the scenic trails. Your guide will adjust the route and walking distance to suit your fitness, interests and how you feel at altitude. In the afternoon, return to Chengdu, a journey of approximately 220 km, taking around 4 hours 30 minutes. Your tour concludes with a drop-off at your hotel.
