Challenge yourself to the greatest mountaineering adventure Africa has to offer and conquer the Meru Mountain on a professionally organised expedition. Afterwards,explore the hidden corners of the Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and watch as the big cats roam the plains.

Itinerary

Day 1 : Kilimanjaro International Airport
Pickup at the Airport and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. At the Hotel, meet your guide for brief about trek and to make sure you have all the necessary mountain gear.
Overnight: Villa Maua Arusha
Meals: Dinner

Day 2 : Momella gate to Miriakamba Hut
Depart the hotel at 0800hrs and head to the Momella gate which is the starting point of the trek to Miriakamba.
Overnight: Miriakamba Hut
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 3 : Miriakamba Hut to Saddle Hut
Today trek takes you through the steep path along the ridge of the saddle.
Overnight:Saddle Hut
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 4 : Saddle Hut to Socialist Peak to Miriakamba Hut
Wake up just after midnight for a light meal then start your final ascent to Socialist Peak at the top of big Meru. After the summit,descend to Miriakamba.
Overnight: Miriakamba Hut
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 5 : Miriakamba - Momella gate to Tarangire
After breakfast you will begin your descent to Momella gate and drive to Tarangire
Overnight: Burunge Tented Lodge

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 6: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, enjoy game drive in the Tarangire National Park. This is Full day activity.
Overnight: Burunge Tented Lodge

Day 7 : Ngorongoro Crater tour
After breakfast depart your lodge and drive to Ngorongoro conservation area, descent into the Crater to view Game on the Crater Floor.
Overnight: Marera Valley
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 8 : Serengeti
After breakfast, drive to Serengeti with picnic lunch.Your Tented camp is moving together with the wildebeest migration. Enjoy afternoon game drive.
Overnight: Suenus De Africa Luxury Camp
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 9 : Serengeti
Morning and afternoon Game Drives in Serengeti.
Overnight: Suenus De Africa Luxury Camp
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 10: Serengeti - Arusha
Final morning game drive before transfer to airstrip for your flight back Arusha. Picked up by our representatives and drive to your hotel for lunch and later transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport.
