From this point we start trek for approximately 6 km towards the exciting Central Crater of Etna at 3300 metres. Once you reach the summit, you find yourself on an extraordinary panoramic point, with a breathtaking view of the whole of Sicily up to the Aeolian Islands. It is here that the true soul of the volcano can be perceived. The return route may vary based on the weather conditions between channels and volcanic products. We go back to Piano Provenzana on board the 4x4 vehicles.
