**Discover Greek Cuisine: Cooking Class in Athens** Dive into the world of modern Greek cooking – entirely plant-based, seasonal and incredibly delicious! In this morning class in the Koukaki neighbourhood, near the Acropolis, you'll prepare nine dishes from scratch in 3.5 hours: fresh pita bread from the oven, melitzanosalata, tzatziki, tirokafteri with cashew feta, stuffed piperies Florinis, mushroom gyros, briam, politiki salata and rizogalo for dessert. Classes are held in small groups of up to 14 guests, so everyone can take part and learn hands-on. After a short introduction, you go straight to the cooking: working in small teams, you'll take the lead on two to three dishes step by step, then enjoy everything together at one big shared table. No experience is needed – your hosts guide you through every step. At the end of the class you'll receive a digital recipe book so you can recreate the dishes at home any time.
