Back at the farm, take part in a sensory journey with an agricultural expert, featuring a tasting of extra virgin olive oils like Ortice and Leccino. Recognise their aromas, flavours, and aftertastes.

Next, join a cooking class dedicated to preparing a traditional soup made with the herbs you’ve gathered. End your experience with a convivial lunch and receive a participation certificate and a printed recipe of the soup to take home.

When available, continue your experience in the oil mill, where you’ll learn about the production techniques of EVO oil.
