What you can expect

  • Step back in time and experience a truly romantic evening with a medieval dinner at the historic Cardaneto Castle. In this 800-year-old castle, you’ll be treated to a wine-tasting journey accompanied by an array of starters, including local salumi and pecorino cheese. Savour two traditional first courses, followed by your choice of barbecued beef or grilled vegetables.

Our menu highlights the finest regional ingredients: olive oil and nocino liqueur, both produced on-site, and a selection of exquisite wines from Tuscany and Umbria. Taste hand-made pasta dishes such as spaghetti with bacon and egg cream or fresh pasta with a rich beef ragù.

The ambiance, set in a private room within the castle's old tower, is perfect for a romantic surprise or a unique dining experience. After dinner, take time to explore the castle grounds, adding a touch of adventure to your evening. We look forward to making your visit an unforgettable experience.
